This is a Unique Chique song recorded in 2008. The band split up before the record that this track belongs to could be mixed and released. The song is about imparting dream control tools to my yet unborn son for both kinds of dreams. The title is literal instructions on how I'd pop out of nightmares as a 4-8 year old kid.
